Please note:
- Booking requests are subject to approval by APASS Education.
- All rooms are on the second floor, accessible by stairs. Please note there is no elevator service.
- Tables, chairs and projectors available upon request.
- There is no kitchen on premise.
- Minimum booking time is 2 hours.
- Include the prep time and clean up time in your booking request.
- Onsite parking is not available. However, there are plenty of street parking.
Great Hall-$100/Hour, 30-40 people
Loft- $60/Hour, 12-20 people
Classroom 201- $40/Hour, 8-10 people
Classroom 202 – $40/Hour, 8-10 people
Classroom 204 – $50/Hour, 10-12 people
Booking Procedures:
- Check for space availability by referring to the booking system. This calendar is for reference only and does not guarantee approval of your booking.
- We recommend you to view the facilities in person beforehand to ensure it fits all your needs.
- Fill in a formal Booking Request including all pertinent information.
- The rental manager will contact you in 3-5 business days to follow up.
- A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to reserve the requested space. Full payment is required two weeks (14 days) before event day.
